Robins up for 'Manager of the Month' award

FOOTBALL: MARK Robins has been nominated for the SkyBet League Two Manager of the Month award for September.

The judging panel, comprising former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports’ EFL League expert Don Goodman, EFL Marketing Director Drew Barrand, League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL Trader Mikey Mumford, have selected the Sky Blues boss among the contenders for the award.

After 16 points from seven games, Robins is up against John Coleman, Kevin Nolan, and Paul Tisdale for the monthly award.

The winner is announced on Friday, October 6.
