FORMER Coventry City landlords Wasps Holdings Ltd have been ‘formally dissolved’, according to Companies House.
Wasps went into administration in October 2022 with all of the club’s 167 employees made redundant.
Football finance expert Kieran Maguire shared a screenshot of the Final Gazzette notice confirming the company as ‘dissolved’.

The rugby club relocated from High Wycombe to Coventry in 2014. Wasps also became owners of the Coventry Building Society Arena in November that same year.
A dispute between Wasps and Coventry forced the football club to move out of the Arena at the start of the 2019/20 season.
The Sky Blues did not return to the Arena until the 2021/22 campaign.
New Wasps owner Christopher Holland hopes to resurrect the club in a new Tier 2 league set to launch in 2025/26.
However, Wasps have confirmed the club will not return to Coventry.
The club hope to move closer to their traditional home in the South East of England.
