DEFENDING champion Judd Trump is out of the Cazoo World Grand Prix whilst Mark Selby and Neil Robertson advanced to the quarter-finals at the CBS Arena.
Trump was beaten 4-3 by Tom Ford in the last 16 after Ford stunned John Higgins to win 4-2 in the previous round.
And Ford has set-up a quarter-final showdown with Selby after The Jester from Leicester beat Northern Irishman Mark Allen 4-2.
Elsewhere, Robertson also reached the last eight after a comfortable 4-1 win against Anthony Hamilton.
And the Australian will play Yan Bingtao in the quarter-finals after he whitewashed Martin Gould 4-0.
On the other side of the draw, Ronnie O’Sullivan is in action against Hossein Vafaei whilst last year’s runner-up Jack Lisowski plays Stephen Maguire.
The other two last 16 ties pit Stuart Bingham against Ali Carter and Jimmy Robertson against number two seed Luca Brecel.
And the last 16 matches will begin at 1pm today with Selby and Robertson set to take to the table at 7pm in Coventry.
