COVENTRY City have signed teenage wing-back Brooke Norton-Cuffy on loan from Premier League leaders Arsenal until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old operates on the right-hand side and spent the first half of the season on loan at Championship rivals Rotherham United where he made 21 appearances.
Norton-Cuffy is an England under-19 international and featured in his country’s 3-1 win against Israel in last year’s UEFA European Under-19 Championship final.
Sky Blues boss Mark Robins said: “We are delighted to welcome Brooke to Coventry City on loan until the end of the season.
“He is a strong and powerful wing-back with great pedigree and attitude, who will add further quality to our squad.
“Brooke is a player who we tried to bring in during the Summer transfer window, so we are really pleased to have the opportunity to add him now and are looking forward to working with him.”
Norton-Cuffy spent the 2021/22 season on loan with Lincoln City in League One where he scored one goal in 17 appearances.
