COVENTRY City are one of two Championship clubs interested in signing Liel Abada on loan.
According to Sky Sports News reporter Lyall Thomas, the Sky Blues and Swansea City are both chasing the Israel international.
Coventry and Swansea are seeking a loan deal for the Charlotte FC winger.
Charlotte need to offload Abada to make a move for Liverpool’s Harvey Elliott who is likely to see his loan deal at Aston Villa cut short.
Abada scored five goals in 28 appearances for Dean Smith’s Charlotte in Major League Soccer (MLS) in 2025.
The 24-year-old previously won two league titles, the Scottish Cup and two Scottish League Cups with Celtic.
He registered double figures in both of his full campaigns with the Hoops.
Abada has scored one goal in 18 caps for Israel.
He started his career with Maccabi Petah Tikva in his native Israel.
