COVENTRY City winger Raphael Borges Rodrigues has joined League One side Wigan Athletic on a season-long loan deal.
The 21-year-old will spend the season with the Latics in League One.
Rodrigues impressed for the Sky Blues in pre-season and has made four appearances in all competitions for the club this season.
He has made a total of eight appearances for Coventry since joining the Sky Blues from Macarthur FC in May 2024.
The winger is the fourth player to depart the Sky Blues on transfer deadline day.
Club captain Ben Sheaf departed in a £6.5million move to City’s Championship rivals Wrexham.
Young strikers Norman Bassette and Justin Obikwu have completed loan moves to Stade de Reims and Lincoln City respectively.
The loan deal for Bassette also includes an option for Reims to buy the striker at the end of his loan spell.
Meanwhile, Coventry are hopeful of completing a deal to sign Ipswich Town centre-back Luke Woolfenden for £4m.
