COVENTRY City have confirmed that defender Dominic Hyam has joined Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers for an undisclosed fee.
Hyam helped the club rise from League Two to the Championship during his six seasons with Coventry and departs having made 192 appearances scoring nine goals.
The centre-back signed from Reading in the summer of 2017 and played his part as City won the League Two play-off final in his first season before clinching the League One title in 2019/20.
And the 26-year-old has been a mainstay of Mark Robins’s team in the Championship, playing in 43 league matches in each of the last two seasons.
