Berkswell go marching on

Coventry Editorial 12th Aug, 2020   0

BERKSWELL continue to sit pretty at the top of Birmingham League Graham Williamson Trophy Group 3 after a convincing 84-run home win over Dorridge on Saturday.

Berkswell now have 16 points after their fourth win in as many matches after an unbeaten 56 from Tom Lewis and Dominic Ostler’s 40 led the hosts to 186-8 off their 40 overs.

Awais Mohammed, D G Ball and Jack Mills all took two wickets apiece for the visitors, whose reply was left in tatters thanks to 3-15 from Tom Milnes.

Dorridge never recovered and it needed a last wicket stand of 23 to take them to three figures as they were dismissed for 102 in the 30th over.
